For many of us, September symbolizes the end-of-summer. Nonetheless, before I put away my swimsuit and beach towel for the winter, I’ve planned on making the end of summer 2015 a memorable one by attending ‘The Bubble 2015 – A Festival of Music and Expression’. Indeed, it’s time for one last swim, summer bbq and beach party. If you’ve booked your flights to Malta this September, this is definitely a festival you shouldn’t miss out on!

This year the highly anticipated non-profit event will be taking place from the 25th to the 27th September at The Elysium in the natural surroundings of the beautiful Ghajn Tuffieha bay. Tickets can be purchased online here.

The concept of ‘The Bubble Festival 2015’ concerns life itself. It aims to deal with the familiar and comfortable world that we live in. This of course ranges from the people we surround ourselves with, the routines we adopt and finally the environment we live in.

Throughout this event, both organizers as well as participants will be creating a bubble of positivity for all their attendees. This will be achieved through the creation of an atmosphere of learning, creativity and ultimately relaxation. It will be welcoming open-minded people who are open to sharing new ideas and awakenings about what’s going on around us in today’s day and age.

This annual charity event is going to be absolutely packed with activities ranging from camping, musical shows, craft workshops and finally inspirational talks.

If you’re planning on attending, prepare yourselves (and your friends) for some funk, soul, house and perhaps a fun sing-along! Musicians at the Bubble will be playing vibrant and uplifting tunes.

A few craft workshops and inspirational talks will also be organised to create a bubble of openness and generate the sharing of ideas.

The month of September offers summer’s best weather. After the working week is over, I definitely plan on taking advantage of it. I’ll be packing my camping gear and heading to Ghajn Tuffieha with some close friends to relax on the beach, explore the artisan market, listen to some great music and party the night away!
